Is it just me, or are mountains surreal?

Having an affinity for being in the outdoors, especially by the water, you would think that we would be based in British Columbia already but alas we are not situated in the mountains… yet ;). Having family in Pemberton, best friends in Squamish, and perpetually having enough points to get us from Toronto to Vancouver, we occasionally find ourselves in the area but have only recently started shooting here.

What astounds me most about the Vancouver area is its proximity to insanely beautiful photo locations; you really can’t go wrong at Porteau Cove, Golden Ears, or Pemberton Meadows. Or in the city in North Vancouver, Deep Cove, Kitsilano, or Gastown. Even on Vancouver Island at Campbell River, Tofino, and the Sunshine Coast.
