Amanda & Jeff's Elora Engagement Session
IT'S CRAZY TO THINK THAT SOMETIMES WE MEET COUPLES FOR THE FIRST TIME, IN PERSON, ON THEIR SHOOT DATE
Meeting Amanda and Jeff for the first time at their engagement session in Elora felt like we'd known them for years and what's crazy is that we hadn't been talking long before this because they wanted to act fast with the still tolerably cool weather and while changing leaves were still in the air (as I'm sure all Canadians know can be here one day and suddenly winter the next). Amanda sent us a few photos of a nearby park she went to one day and simply said "there's a little trail we'd love to go to as well" but we couldn't possibly imagine that this "little trail" was actually a quarry!
Part of the Elora Quarry this secluded area is unlike any area we've ever been to before! Some stairs and a short hike down puts you right in the middle of a vast, open space, where you can walk out into the middle of the river and be surrounded by huge rocks- it was absolutely unbelievable and hands down one of the best locations we've ever shot at! For those who have been to the larger Elora Quarry (with the swimming hole) you know how busy it can be, but this little gem was secluded, off a small road, behind a park, and truly the perfect place!

After we were done shooting photos of just Amanda + Jeff we took some time to sneak in a few family photos with their 2 sons as well- how beautiful do they all look?

Infinite thanks to Amanda + Jeff for showing us this incredible location we will surely visit again!
